HayAITech is an independent technology venture in Japan, founded by software engineer Hisashi Yamamoto. This is the story behind the name, the founder, and the way we build.
01The Name
Three Ideas. One Technology Vision.
HayAITech brings together three ideas: Hay, inspired by Vietnamese roots; Hayai, the Japanese word for speed; and AI + Tech, representing the technologies shaping what comes next.
The name reflects a journey between cultures and a belief that technology should be useful, responsive, and thoughtfully engineered.
We build products that help people communicate, discover opportunities, and work more effectively.
For us, technology is not an end in itself. It is a way to make real-world problems easier to solve.

The connection between the Vietnamese “hay” and the Japanese “hayai” is a deliberate brand interpretation, not a shared linguistic origin.
02The Founder
From Writing Software to Building Products.
Technology has been part of my journey since 2011, when I began developing software.
In 2019, I moved to Japan. Living and working in a different environment expanded my perspective on technology, communication, and the challenges people encounter in everyday life.
With roots in Vietnam and experience in Japan, I became increasingly interested in a simple question: how can software make real-world problems easier to solve?
That question is at the heart of HayAITech.
The name reflects the journey behind the venture: Vietnamese roots through ‘Hay’, Japanese inspiration through ‘Hayai’, and a commitment to building with AI and technology.
My engineering background has shaped how I approach product development: understand the problem, design a practical solution, and build software that can evolve over time.
I want to create products that help people communicate, discover opportunities, and work more effectively. Rather than building technology for its own sake, the goal is to turn engineering ideas into useful products that can grow with their users.
HayAITech is the beginning of that journey — an independent technology venture exploring how thoughtful engineering and practical AI can make a meaningful difference in everyday life and business.
